Bare-legged и bare-footed означают 'с голыми ногами' (без обуви или без чулок). Bare-legged и bare-footed могут употребляться как атрибутивно, так и предикативно, например: a bare-legged (bare-footed) boy и to be bare-legged (bare-footed). С глаголами полной предикации (go, walk, run about) и т. д. может употребляться только bare-foot: to walk (to go, to run about) bare-foot 'ходить (бегать) босиком'.
